三 | 　　检察机关在审查起诉阶段，依法告知了被告人郭凯享有的诉讼权利，并依法讯问了被告人，听取了辩护人的意见。阳泉市人民检察院起诉指控：被告人郭凯利用担任山西省旅游集散中心有限责任公司董事长、原三晋文化旅游有限责任公司董事长、山西省文化旅游投资控股集团有限公司副总经理等职务上的便利，以及职权或地位形成的便利条件，为他人在工程承揽、款项结算、职务调整等方面谋取不正当利益，非法收受他人财物，数额特别巨大，依法应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。

四 | 　　陕西检察机关依法对杨生榛涉受贿案提起公诉　　日前，中国石油昆仑物流公司原党委委员、副总经理杨生榛涉嫌受贿罪一案，由西安市监察委员会调查终结，移送检察机关审查起诉。经最高人民检察院指定管辖，由西安市人民检察院依法向西安市中级人民法院提起公诉。

六 | 　　检察机关在审查起诉阶段，依法告知了被告人杨生榛享有的诉讼权利，并依法讯问了被告人，听取了辩护人的意见。西安市人民检察院起诉指控：被告人杨生榛利用担任中国石油新疆油田分公司陆梁油田作业区党委委员、副经理、总地质师、党委书记、经理，中国石油新疆油田分公司采油二厂厂长，中国石油新疆油田分公司副总地质师，克拉玛依红山油田有限责任公司党委副书记、董事、总经理，中国石油运输有限公司党委委员、副总经理、安全总监等职务上的便利，为他人在项目承揽、物资供应等方面谋取利益，非法收受他人财物，数额特别巨大，依法应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。
